‘Interactivity and New Media Horizons’
Chris Joyner

Using the UsMob.com.au website as a basis for discussion, this session will cover the development of interactive/cross-platform content from idea to realization. We will begin with an overview of the Web2.0 environment before exploring an approach to innovation where we develop a value proposition based on Needs, Approach, Benefit and Competition. We will then use this approach to introduce ideas of user-centred design and personas to further refine the ideas.
