This must be the place...
Digital Archive Project.
This must be the place… will be a digital archive and web platform, an underground history that documents the often ephemeral, chaotic happenings and creative projects that have been a part of the imagination and living memory of Alice Springs.
The archive will draw on the wealth of documentation material from WTS projects and exhibitions and more broadly in the Alice Springs community; presenting interviews, photography, audio and video recordings of artist talks, exhibitions and performances from important WTS projects. with contributions from Pam Loft’s slide collection and material from Watch This Space artists and friends the archive will be launched in time for the Lofty’s in November 2018.
Q&A WITH WTS COORDINATORS
Watch This Space
A series of articles interviewing past Coordinators of their time at WTS, gaining impressions of its position in our Central Australian context, plus a few cheeky acrostic poems. An insight into and archive of WTS history.
Each fortnight we will be releasing a new interview with one of our past Coordinators, giving us the full suite by our end of year celebration, The Lofty Awards, in November.
The Two Five
Local film maker and WTS board member Josh Davis will be recording interviews and capturing video stories exploring the history of WTS throughout the anniversary. The project will centre around 25 interviews with important WTS personalities in an effort to document the 25 years of WTS. If you'd like to be involved, or have an interesting WTS story that you'd like to record with Josh please contact:
